OHS means what?

If you have never placed a 7.5 foot bar, with at LEAST half of your bodyweight over your head and squatted, then you have not lived. The women of our noon class smashed this crazy goal today, Heather and Lynn were able to do 75Lbs for 5 reps. This was after a 1 mile warm up sprint. Seems excessive to some, but after being here for a few months all of our clients show amazing results. If you doubt this, come in at noon sometime and ask.
Or better yet, show up on Monday at 11AM, 430PM, or 730PM and take your first element class.

Join the Revolution today!

Welcome to level 2 Jason!

Jason came to us about five months ago and wanted to become a fire breather. He attends four times a week, and always listens to coaches. He continues to improve in every aspect of training. Tonight he had his first class as a level 2 member and was able to compete with some of our best athletes. If he keeps this up he just might make level 3.

Not all of are clients come to us in great shape. If you are waiting until you are in the best shape of your life to join, than you are missing the best part of belonging to Rogue. Our Elements class begin again next Monday, what are you waiting for?

Perseverance and Consistency in Training!

DSC03411.JPG
Look at the pictures, have you noticed that our members attend 3-4 classes per week. The average gym goer makes it to the globogym about 3-4 times a month. Pretty simple if you don’t show up you will get an AWOL notification telling you to get your butt back in here!

Heather and Roger are pictured above, both of them have made crazy improvements. We don’t test BMI or look at scales. If you ask them they just feel tough as nails and due to their hard work all the traditional measures have been blasted. You don’t need a bod pod or some fancy oxygen device to tell you that you are out of shape or you don’t eat right. Keep it simple just work hard and eat on the outskirts of the grocery store. If you work real hard you can eat a ton of great food.

Our elements program kicks off every Monday and there is not payment obligation. Call us and pick one of the 3 sessions to kickstart your training program. Our classes are for 60 year old women through MMA fighters, the only thing you need is the ability to work hard! Nothing in life comes without it, so you shouldn’t expect results from something easy like Tai Bo.

If you see the people in the picture above and notice that their resting heart rate is pretty scary, don’t bother them! These ladies were crazy tonight.

"Those SDHPs SUCK!!!" Especially in the morning.

They say that you are a product of who you surround yourself with. Every athlete this morning busted their butts. Working out with people like this morning’s crew will only get you stronger.

Jeff sure is a glutton for punishment. He worked out last night at 6:30 and barely 12 hours later he came back for more at 6AM!

More Front Squats!

Today we focused on getting the Level 2s into good, safe, strong front squats. This movement is the basis of the Olympic lifts and is critical for building functional strength.

Check it out!

Big cleans and Erol's 1st workout after graduating from Elements

Jerry and Jeff were throwing around some big weight as they worked up to their one rep max in the clean this morning. Once they get the rack position perfected I see some 300lbs cleans in their future.

During the WOD Udi’s form improved as he completed more and more rounds.

This morning was Erol’s first workout after completing the Elements program. He came in this morning ready to work and work he did!

Sherri demonstrated excellent technique, as usual, in all of the exercises and destroyed the workout with her trademark intensity.
