They keep falling.

The records here at Rogue just keep falling. Every athlete has their own goals, and their own records, but we celebrate them as a team. Today was a big day, with almost everyone that walked through the door breaking a personal best. It is great that everyone set goals, whether they are small or big, and comes in and works their hardest to achieve them! Keep up the great work, and we will keep smiling!

Snatch, Donkey kicks, and Jump Rope!

A typical conversation at your local gym-spa-muscle-shack:
Bicep Bob:”What are you working today?”
Calf Raise Carl: “Back and bi, and some chest and tri.”
Bicep Bob: “Sweet! Me too!”
Obviously you won’t hear that conversation at Rogue and you sure won’t hear Calf Raise Carl come back with, “The snatch, donkey kicks, and some jump rope.”
At Rogue our athletes train outside the “box” and their results, when they come consistently, are outstanding. Just take a look at or ask, Erol, Lynn, Dan I., any of the Horn family, Kat, and the list goes on, about the changes and results that they are achieving through their hard work and consistency.
SWEET!!!

Dare to Compare!

Everyday we have people come through the door that aren’t feeling up to the task. They have had a hard day at work, long day with the kids, or just need a day off. But, everyone steps up to the challenge. No matter what has happened throughout the course of the day, our athletes come in and perform to the best of their abilities. The way that they are able to block out the outside distractions is amazing. Every athlete has a different challege, but they are trying to accomplish the same goal. Keep up the great work!

Don’t forget if you want to compete in Fight Gone Bad III Saturday, sign up on the website or at eddie@roguefitness.com.

The Look.

Have you ever seen the look? The one that a person gets when they are totally focused on a task? At Rogue, we see this everyday from our athletes. Everyone here loves to have a good time, but when they hear the word “GO” it is almost instant. Our athletes go into their own zone, and focus on what they need to do to finish their workout. They are able to tune out other distractions, and go. It is amazing as trainers to see the transition, and it puts a smile on our face. Keep up the great work!!!!

We are looking for volunteers for this weekend’s Fight Gone Bad III competition. If you are interested in volunteering or competing email . You can also sign up the day of the competition. It will be a great workout, and we will be having a tailgate afterward to cheer on the BUCKS!!

NEW ROGUE WAREHOUSE, CATCHING UP ON SUNDAY!

Consolidated shipping, placing all items on one pallet and same day shipping is the mission!

We are getting better and better everyday. We now warehouse the majority of the items that are in our equipment packages. If we have it in our posession and you order before 6PM, the equipment will ship that day! Everyone on our team works very hard to make sure every order moves quickly.

The best part about this new venture is that now folks in the Mid-West have a place to pickup solid equipment. We don’t carry treadmills and tricep ropes! We have bullet-proof Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, CrossFit and athletic training equipment in our store.

We also design and manufacture Gymnastic Rings, Olympic Bumper plates, Weightlifting Shoes and custom pullup systems! This is just to name a few. Our metal fabrication and carpentry is second to none.

We build Heavy Duty Bullet Proof Equipment!

Upside Down Friday.

The Rogue Crew members rounded out the week with a surprise workout today. Everyone has been pushing hard, but having fun at the same time. Today was no different. Everyone came in asking and wondering what they were about to do, and even when they found out they still had a smile on their face. That is what is so great about all of our athletes, they enjoy being here, and more importantly, enjoy getting better and pushing each other! Great job this week! Keep pushing hard.

REMINDER…. tomorrow’s workout is at 10am. See you in the morning!

Pulling Big Weight Safely.

At Rogue we’re all about big numbers especially when it comes to the dead lift. However if you can’t workout for 3 weeks after pulling a 400lbs dead lift then was it truly a successful lift? No way! Our goal is to teach our athletes how to lift as much weight as possible as safely as possible. There were some great lifts today especially from the women. Sherri J got a 30 pound personal record in the dead lift! Great job Sherri!
