After a wild workout last night, the level 2 class got back to the basics, that is if you consider a Snatch Bear complex basic. Overhead squats, Heaving snatch balances, and Overhead Lunges, this is a recipe for fun!

Looks a whole lot like these crazy people! As an instructor it is nice to know that we could bring a great group of people like this to such a high level of intensity. The only problem now is that all of these people look at us and say is that all you got?

Figuring out their strategy in the Level 2 workout tonight. We did one of our Prison Break workouts….Fight the Guards, Crawl through the tunnel, climb the stairs and then row to shore – Alcatraz style!
The mighty Caroline shocked all today by at Rogue by being our first female to pull over 300 pounds in the Deadlift! Unfortunately the camera was not charged at the time…but you can use your imagination…and it was awesome! It is hard to believe that she could barely make it through a Rogue Workout of the Day just six or so months ago. Killer job Caroline!
