A battle is brewing between the noon class and level 2. The best time for todays grueling kettlebell workout was accomplished by a level 2 member. However the best overall class time was achieved by the noon class. Seems like the noon class is looking to gain a little respect from the other levels. How long has it been since you were part of a team, join the revolution today!
The overall winner is!
Intensity is the difference between a winning performance and a waste of time. Intensity makes all the difference in the world, and it defines everything we do at Rogue. All the classes today performed a short and seemingly easy workout, but turned it into a madhouse by throwing the intensity through the roof. Killer work today!
One of our own from the beginning will be leaving us soon. Long time Rogue athlete and friend, Eric Riethman, graduated from Ohio State on Sunday with a degree in Chemical Engineering and also commissioned as an officer into the Air Force. He will be off to Andrews Air Force Base at the end of the month for casual status and then will start pilot training some time after that. The Rogue staff wish you well Eric, and know that you will be missed!
Hopefully you’ll get to do this someday!
Today we did the quick CrossFit benchmark “Helen” She was a nice break from the recent grinder’s we’ve been doing lately. It was also great to finally get back outside after being holed up for Ohio’s winter months!
Full extension!
Today was another great mess of people and intensity. The ladies really represented, dominating the gym. The level 3’s had no problem with a serious workload, then went on to set some strength PRs. Awesome job everyone!
