Tonight the assignment for team Rogue was a Crossfit special (Helen.) This exercise challenged our clients to run a series of 400 Meter sprints followed by Kettlebell work, and Pullups. This was a great class meant for anyone that wants to hit a heavy bag and do some basic drills to build overall conditioning. We learned some basic punching combos and got the chance to take out some aggression!!

Following hot on the heels of the killer Fran performances of J Thomas and Caity Matter, almost everyone who did Fran today got personal bests…by alot! The entire Level 2 class finished in under 10 minutes!
