This mornings workout involved a taste of what the Rogue athletes, Eric, J, and Caity, endured at the games Sunday with some victory laps worked in to celebrate Caity’s big W!!!
Jeff grinding through the workout with 155 pounds!
Before the workout you could see the battle going on inside Dan’s head when he was deciding which weight he was going to use for the workout. As you can see from the picture he choose the hard 155 pound road.
The CrossFit Games loom just one day away.
We leave dark and early tomorrow morning on a long trip to Aromas, California.
We thank everyone at Rogue, you are both friends and family, for all of your support. You have all blown us away with your athleticism, camaraderie, and warrior spirit. I can guarantee that we will take those values with us into battle in the Games and we will represent Rogue to the best of our abilities.
You can watch us dominate at http://games.crossfit.com/
See you next week!

Every time we have an athlete break one of their personal records, it makes us as trainers proud. Today we had many of our clients pushing themselves to do the best that they can. Our athletes that have been getting in the gym 3-4 times a week have been getting stronger. We are not surprised, everyone has been working hard. Keep up it up!
Roger breaking the get up record at Rogue tonight. 135 pounds is around the corner for him. Awesome job!
The sun wasn’t even up and Sherri was already working hard on her deadlift!
Everyone working hard at keeping the weight locked above their head.
The workout today was a sprint. Everyone was very competitive and pushed until the final second. It is nice to see everyone working hard going into the holiday weekend. We will not have classes on Friday the 4th. Our weekend classes will follow our normal schedule.
Everyone pushing hard for the last 500 meters.
Tonya showing everyone how strong she is getting in her overhead movements.
Every Monday we start elements #1 class. I love to see new clients learn about Rogue Fitness for the first time. It reminds me of exactly why I love Rogue Fitness and why I teach.
Trust me, there is nothing better than seeing the happiness, and success that our program can and does bring. If you have been reading our blog and have not taken part in Elements #1, it begins again on Monday.
Great job all levels today, I am happy to come home and see you all doing so well.
Keep up the great work!
Troy
We had a partner challenge today here at Rogue. Working in pairs, everyone helped each other through the workout. Sometimes working together give our athletes that extra motivation needed to finish the workout just as strong as they started it. If you want to come in and see what our team is all about, check out our Elements class that starts every Monday. Email troy@roguefitness.com if you are interested!
Lynn and Heather pushing each other to finish their squats! Keep up the hard work ladies!
The group finishing strong this morning with their pushups.
All everyone kept saying today is that they were glad it was Friday. It is the end to everyone’s busy work week, but it did not show in the workouts today. Everyone competed and made the extra effort to finish their workout hard.
The Filthy Fifty did not slow anyone down today!
Amy had the day off from work, but did not take the day off from the gym. Great job tonight!
Sam Chappell has had a busy week. He graduated from the Police Academy on Friday and started with the Columbus Police Department Monday night. Tonight at Rogue he tore through his own workout, and then took some time to be the guest coach for our MMA conditioning class.
Forget about the heat. Our athletes getting after with the 1-2 combo.
Beware of our ladies, they are all learning how to fight!
After a week of laying on the beach, Dan got back in the gym and hit some serious weight today!
Instead of taking their lunch break, our noon crew is busting it to get better!
Summer is the time for vacations. Some of our athletes have been to the beach, others have taken a Western States tour. No matter where you are headed, or where you have gone, you can still find time to get in the gym. Everyone needs time for rest and relaxation, the difference is that our athletes want to get back in here and WORK.
