Olympic Lifting Seminar equals new PR's

Our guests today had the opportunity to witness what it takes to train for a National Olympic lifting competition. Several of our members, and even a few of the team members from the Columbus Weightlifting Club (columbusweightlifting.org) achieved PR (personal record) lifts. A huge thanks goes out to all of our guests, and especially all of the members of Columbus Weightlifting.

Olympic Lifting Seminar Tomorrow!

Gave the Inman mile a try today with 135lbs on my back.

There will not be any classes tomorrow due to the Olympic Weightlifting Seminar. There are 2 training slots left if you want to come in tomorrow at 730AM to register.

The noon class loves the Chipper!

Most people would laugh if I told them to do 300 total reps in one workout, but how about in less than 20 minutes? Today every client finished this daunting task in under 25 minutes. Good work, and remember tomorrow is “BENCHMARK FRIDAY”.

Record Turnout!

Today was a record breaking day at Rogue Fitness! We had 18(!) people in class today with five new perspective members. They were put through a killer Tabata Interval workout in a team setting. Want to know what it’s like to be pushed through your limits by a room full of high speed, low drag folks? Come to a Saturday Rogue workout.

Mongo goes for 100

Mongo from the noon class finished 100 straight body weight squats to finish what can only be described as a difficult workout. Great job Mongo. Caity finished the workout in 13:44, that is a sick time………
