Rogue Knee Wraps

Sometimes you just need some extra support. Your knees take a tremendous load during Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting max sets. While knees are suited to the task if the lift goes well, a missed or unsteady lift can put lateral force on your knees that can cause ligament damage. In those cases, wraps can provide an additional measure of support. These also add protection while handling heavy weight on strongman implements where uneven loads are commonplace.

These heavy duty wraps are 3 inches wide and come in two lengths, 6.5 inches and 9 inches.

Rogue Lifting Straps

If you can not grip the bar, your body will not let you pick it up even if your back is strong enough.

Quite often your max sets are limited by your grip strength, so you are not training your muscles to their maximum potential. Set new PRs on your pulls, hang pulls, high pulls and other back and trap work. The straps are made heavy duty cotton or leather, 1.5 inches thick and 21 inches long.

The Inov8 Bare XF 210 is the first CrossFit specific shoe designed by Inov8. It comes in black
as well as silver and blue. There is a 3 mm sole with zero differential between the heal and forefoot for a real barefoot feel and there is medial and lateral reinforcement on the uppers so you can climb a rope without worrying about destroying your shoes.

Rogue Christmas

I had a pretty cool Christmas with a bunch of Rogue boxes under the tree. I got the new Inov8 Bare XF 210’s, a Mobility Combo Pack with a Rumble Roller and the big surprise: a SISU War Hammer. I had no idea what the long heavy box could be, but my wife knew I wanted one. This thing is seriously cool and it will be even better after I get some lead shot to make it even heavier.

Rogue Fractional Plates

There are several movements where additional strength gains slow down. This is most common in the pressing movements, but once you get strong enough, even your squat and deadlift gains slow down or plateau. One way to break through these setbacks is to go up in weight in very small increments.

ROGUE Fractional Plates allow you to increase the weight by as little as ½ pound rather than the minimum 5 pound increments available with standard change.

Competition Ring Straps

One of the biggest complaints that people have about dealing with gymnastics rings is the ability to set them up and adjust them to different heights quickly. You often spend a lot of time making small adjustments to ensure the rings are level. After supplying rings for the 2011 CrossFit Games Regional Competition all over the world, and adjusting them for each heat, Rogue realized that they could make things much more efficient for the 2011 CrossFit Games Final.
The Rogue Fitness Competition Straps come in 8 foot and 6 foot versions and allows for set up of your gymnastics rings in seconds without worrying about keeping them level. Setting them up is as easy as throwing the straps over the bar and clipping the carabiner into one of of the divisions that is sewn into the straps every 3 inches.

Having the straps held static also eliminates the possibility that the buckle will slide down to interfere with an athlete during a workout. Both the athletes and the judges at the CrossFit games loved the new system.
