From Qualifier

The pullup assembly in the picture is manufactured by Rogue in Columbus Ohio. We had 16 person heats on the 24′ Pullup Rig.

This piece of equipment is made for abuse and is bolted to the ground. If you have questions about the pullup system, email me: bill@roguefitness.com We make them in 12-48′ versions, if you need a 300′ version I am certain we can pull that off as well.

From West Point 62 Room

Well this is what the room looked like before Chris Villareal decided to take matters into his own hands. This future officer in the US Army decided to put a project together to transform this room into a CrossFit gym.

Chris worked with Rogue to get the equipment he needed and some consulting on the pullup rig. Here is the room in the first stage:

From Ader Bells

We now have Ader Kettlebells in stock from 9LB to 124LB:

1) Every bell is inspected for manufacturing issues to include rough casting seam that many brands don’t grind off

2) Finish does not chip easily like others

Coach Burgener is in town laying down beatings with pieces of PVC. In case you don’t know Coach Burgener and Mark Rippetoe have a signature bar with the following characteristics:

1) 29MM 205K PSI Tensile Strength steel -That means it is very tough, this bar eats 1500LB static tested bars for breakfast

2) Classic York Knurl with dual knurling marks for Olympic and Power lifting. This bar also has a center knurl

3) Uncoated bar, raw steel bar that will oxidize over time. This is done so that the bar feels like bars did before companies began prettying them up with chrome.

Rogue Fitness was contracted to outfit the Class of 62 West Point CrossFit facility.  This is a picture of Haye’s gym a while back.  You may notice gymnastic rings, climbing ropes and nothing but the essentials.

We sent West Point;
