The CrossFit Games MidWest Qualifier will be hosted at the Rogue compound on 16-17May09.

There will be 3 events on Saturday and one final event on Sunday. This is open for scaling but only the top 6 men and women will move on to the games with the prescribed WOD.
You can sign up as a volunteer on the site as well. Thanks for all of your help as we put on this great event.
