She is out of control, Caroline hit a PR of 245LBS on the Deadlift. This was her third attempt, she still had about 30LBs more! (shown here with 225)

Sara and the long lost Vic, glad to see the partners in crime in class tonight. Great job to everyone that came out today to learn and achieve a PR in the Deadlift!
