Don't give me a complex!

What happens when the three heads of Roguefitness design the WOD. Everyone gets a complex…..Snatches were the first order of the day, followed by overhead lunges, overhead squats, and ending with a snatch balance, the trick is you do them in succession. The idea this week, has been to get all of the Rogue members comfortable with weight overhead in the receiving position. Keep up the great work!
