It was recently discovered that Rogue Fitness Trainer Tobey McBride performed, instead of doing a true CrossFit style workout, a traditional bodybuilding style workout yesterday. The news comes as a great shock to the Rogue training staff. Allegedly performed were such forbidden exercises as Lat Pulldowns, Skullcrushers, and the king of useless lifts, Curls.
