When people are starting a home gym, and are looking for a cheap squat stand that will do the job, they often end up with a mass produced product that is made in China that will fail within a year of use. This is the case, because of the lack of quality American made options.
Our standard S-Series squat stands are made so that all of the attachments for the Infinity Rigs will fit. For someone who does not need this extra functionality and is just looking for a no frills squat stand that will take a beating and last forever, the answer has arrived.
The all new ES-1 Econ Squat Stand.
1) 2×2 11 gauge steel tubing
2) 0.5” holes and hardware – The j-cup holes are 2” on center
3) Simple j-cup adjustment system – no moving parts
4) Lighter and ships easy
5) Same 4’ depth as the S-Series for the stability that people expect from Rogue
6) ⅜” thick j-cup material without the plastic insert
We’ve put 1000 lbs. on the bar to test the capacity. We have options for either decision: the less expensive squat stand or the current S-Series line. The S-Series is the heavy duty modular system with tons of options.
This is an American-made Econ Stand built to compete with the Chinese squat stands that other equipment companies carry. In fact, we even made it to ship on our 3 Ships Free program. Buy two Rogue shirts and this and the package will ship for free!
Rogue Renegade Row Handles not only work well for their namesake movement they can also be used for other row variations as well as weighted bear crawls and even weighted handstand walking. They also make a firm base for pushups allowing you to reach the full range of motion, rather than being stopped when your chest hits the ground.
They have 5.25″ tall posts and bases large enough to fit most 25 pound steel plates. That means that loading them up to 75 pounds will not be an issue.
Rogue Hi-Temp Bumpers are some of the best bumpers in existence. They are virtually indestructible. Plates made in this fashion will likely outlast your lifting career. You can’t break them, no matter how hard you try. The recycled rubber and polymer mixture also gives more than other bumper materials, likely making them easier on floors, but definitely making them quieter when dropped than bumpers made of harder materials.
They have always had just one issue. The recycled material is less dense than other bumpers, so you are limited in how much weight that you can fit on the bar. A standard 20 kg bar can only fit enough bumpers to get to around 400 lbs.
Enter the Rogue 65LB Gorilla Bumpers. They are made from a material that is slightly higher in density than the standard Rogue Hi-Temp bumpers allowing them to reach 65 pounds while only being 4″ thick. A standard bar can fit 4 on each side without collars for a total load of 565 lbs!
Changing out deadlift weight can get very difficult when the weight gets heavy and can even end up being dangerous. Because you do not take the same care to set your back as you are trying to lift half the bar with one hand and slide a bumper on with the other, it can be an accident waiting to happen.
The Rogue Deadlift Bar Jack solves this problem. You simply slide the jack under the bar, pull back, and the weight is lifted, allowing you to easily and safely add or remove weight from the bar.
Keeping your athletes safe while still allowing them to push their limits, has always been an issue. The problem is that most mats that are available are made for gymnastics, and will not stand up to the abuse of a busy CrossFit Affiliate.
Made in the U.S.A. by Dollamur, Rogue Comp Matting is the answer to outfitting your training or competition area.
The only mats chosen by the U.S.A. Olympics. This matting is used in premier martial arts, cheerleading, and gymnastics facilities. Whether you need a place for your clients to practice handstands, handwalking and tumbling, want a padded area for stretching and situps, want to add an extra measure of safety below your Infinity Rig or Wall Mount Unit, or even mat an area for martial arts, you will not find a better product.
The matting can be used for both temporary and permanent installations. It is so easy to lay and reroll the mats, that it can be done by a single person. The matting always lays flat and rolls tight for easy storage.
The 10 foot by 6 foot sections of matting are designed to work with Rogue Infinity Rigs and Wallmount Systems. They can be applied down the center of a pullup rig and also around the perimeter, forming a safe environment for your athletes to train. Custom sizes are also available.
One of the most indispensable tools out there for teaching Olympic Weightlifting has always been a piece of PVC pipe. However, the pipe is not the exact diameter of the bar that you or your clients will eventually use, and it lacks knurling marks to use a reference for where to place your hands.
The Rogue War Bar solves these problems. It is a true 28 mm diameter plastic bar with the correct knurling marks for olympic weightlifting, making the transition to a barbell as smooth as possible. Your clients will not have to relearn the hook grip on the bar, and you can teach the correct grip width from the beginning, before any bad habits form.
While it is not a load bearing bar, it is much more durable than a piece of PVC and will last quite a bit longer.
The Grandfather Clock Grip System is one of the toughest tests of grip strength that we have come up with. Each grip is a cylinder that resembles the weights in a grandfather clock. It is an an even more difficult version of the towel pull-up since the grips will not give or allow you to dig your fingers in for additional leverage. Because of this, the Grandfather Clock grips are unmatched in their ability to improve grip strength for rope climbs. Their shape will also translate into improved grip strength for various odd object lifting.
Like our other grip systems, the straps and caribiners allow these to be attached to almost any implement you can think of to add difficulty to lifting movements or farmer’s walks. This serves a two purposes: 1. It allows you to build your grip strength across several movements. 2. If you do not have the grip strength to do pull-ups right away, it allows you to build that strength, by lifting progressively heavier objects.
The Rogue Deadlift Platform not only protects your floor, it allows you to do band deadlifts outside of a power rack without sinking anchors into your floor.
There are multiple options for filling the platform, you can use eight 2×2 foot by 1.5 inch rubber tiles, you can use a combination of plywood and tiles or you can use a combination of horse stall mats and plywood.
The band pegs are oversized so that they can be used with standard bars or even longer specialty bars such as a log bar for athletes training for strongman events.
You have seen the stongmen lifting the Husafell Stone on TV for years. Now you can use this mold to make your own stone and build the same brute strength. The mold is reusable and can be filled to different depths to vary the weight. You can make several stones and go up in weight as your strength increases. You can even add lead shot or steel plates to the concrete to get the weight up to 500 lbs.
Rogue 3X3 Monster Racks are coming. These are the strongest racks we have ever built, with reinforced J-cups, 1″ hardware and laser cut numbering. Because these are made with the same modular, “Erector Set” concept as our standard Infinity Rigs, the possible configurations are endless.
You can customize the rig to make anything from an R-4 or R-6 Rack all the way up to an full Infinity Rig or Wall Mount Unit. Sign up for Rapid Fire Updates so you will know the second these are available.
